Description

Vivonac (AA) is a tablet formulation of Vibcare Pharma. Each tablet provides Aceclofenac 100 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg. Its class is analgesic and anti-inflammatory (NSAID). The pack for Vivonac (AA) is 10x10 (Alu Alu), and the brand belongs to Vibcare Pharma's Evermed division.

How it works

How the tablet works is due to its two parts. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that reduces the chemical messengers at the site of inflammation and so eases pain, swelling and stiffness. Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic that works on pain and temperature centres to ease pain and reduce fever. The two together cover the inflammatory side and the pain-and-fever side of the complaint.

The tablet is used for relief of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis, and for short-term relief of back pain, dental pain, muscle pain and painful periods.
