Bilalam 20 tablets from Vibcare Pharma carry Bilastine 20 mg for relief of allergic rhinitis and urticaria symptoms. Main uses: relief of symptoms of allergic rhinitis such as sneezing, runny or blocked nose, itchy nose and watery or itchy eyes; relief of symptoms of urticaria (hives), including itching and skin rash; symptomatic relief of allergic skin itching.

Common side effects of Bilalam 20 Tablet include headache; drowsiness or sleepiness; dizziness; tiredness or fatigue; dry mouth; nausea or stomach discomfort. Get medical help at once if you notice swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat with difficulty breathing (severe allergic reaction); rapid or irregular heartbeat.
