CINARJEM D CINNARIZINE 20mg. IP + DOMPERIDONE 15mg. IP

Cinarjem D tablets give Cinnarizine 20 mg with Domperidone 15 mg for vertigo, dizziness and related nausea. Main uses: vertigo with nausea and vomiting; tinnitus and nystagmus linked to vertigo; motion sickness; symptoms of Meniere's disease such as dizziness with hearing disturbance; nausea and vomiting with dyspepsia and bloating.

Common side effects of Cinarjem D Tablet include drowsiness or sleepiness; dry mouth; headache; stomach cramps or abdominal discomfort; tiredness; skin rash. Get medical help at once if you notice extrapyramidal reactions, mainly in children; prolonged QT interval and heart rhythm changes with Domperidone; jaundice or liver injury with Cinnarizine.

Each Cinarjem D tablet contains Cinnarizine 20 mg + Domperidone 15 mg. The right dose and how long to take it depend on the condition, age and other medicines, so use Cinarjem D Tablet only as your doctor advises.

Must not be used if you are allergic to Cinnarizine, Domperidone or piperazine derivatives. Must not be used with prolactinoma or raised prolactin levels. Must not be used with pheochromocytoma or with moderate or severe liver disease. Must not be used with known QT prolongation or an underlying heart disease that could lead to QT prolongation, and must not be used with medicines that prolong the QT interval or strong CYP3A4 inhibitors; concomitant use with these medicines is contraindicated.
