About the product

By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references

Description

Cinarvib D is a tablet made up of Cinnarizine 20 mg and Domperidone 15 mg. It falls in the anti-vertigo group of medicines, is packed as 10x10 (Blister) and comes from Vibcare Pharma's Prima division.

How it works

Cinnarizine acts on the balance system in the inner ear and relaxes small blood vessels, so the spinning feeling of vertigo eases. Domperidone blocks dopamine action in the stomach and gut, which settles nausea and vomiting and keeps food moving normally. Together the two ingredients cover the dizziness and the stomach upset that often come with it.

Used for

The tablets are used for vertigo with nausea and vomiting, tinnitus, nystagmus, motion sickness and dizziness with hearing disturbance in Meniere's disease. Concomitant use with medicines that prolong the QT interval or strong CYP3A4 inhibitors is contraindicated.
