Vibclop SF 3.5% Ointment pairs clobetasol with salicylic acid for thick, scaly, inflamed skin patches such as plaque psoriasis. Main uses: moderate to severe forms of plaque psoriasis; thick, scaly skin patches with redness and itching; dry hyperkeratotic skin areas that respond to a topical steroid; inflamed skin with scaling or flaking.

Common side effects of Vibclop SF 3.5% Ointment include burning or stinging at the site of application; itching or irritation of the treated skin; dry skin; redness; acne-like eruptions or folliculitis; lightening of the skin in the treated area. Get medical help at once if you notice thinning of the skin and visible small blood vessels with long or occluded use; suppression of the body's own steroid hormone (HPA axis) with long or widespread use; raised blood sugar or features of Cushing's syndrome if the steroid is absorbed into the body.
