Volvib P tablets relieve mild to moderate pain, period pain and arthritis symptoms, and help reduce fever. Main uses: relief of mild to moderate pain; relief of primary dysmenorrhea (period pain); relief of the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis; relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis; reduction of fever.

Common side effects of Volvib P Tablet include abdominal pain; nausea or vomiting; indigestion (dyspepsia); diarrhoea; constipation; flatulence (gas). Get medical help at once if you notice bleeding, ulceration or perforation of the stomach or intestines; heart attack or stroke; severe skin reactions with reddening, blisters or rash.

Each Volvib P tablet contains Diclofenac 50 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg. The right dose and how long to take it depend on the condition, age and other medicines, so use Volvib P Tablet only as your doctor advises.

In this tablet, Diclofenac cuts down the body's production of prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and inflammation, so swelling and soreness ease. Paracetamol works through the brain's pain and temperature centres, bringing relief from pain and reducing fever. Used together, the two ingredients cover both pain and the inflammation behind it.

Must not be used if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to diclofenac, paracetamol or any other ingredient of the tablet. Must not be used if you have had asthma, urticaria or allergic-type reactions after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs. Must not be used in the setting of coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. Must not be used in the third trimester of pregnancy. Must not be used together with any other medicine that contains paracetamol. Check with a doctor first if you have liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease or high blood pressure, a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding, or if you are taking warfarin; if you are pregnant at any other stage or breastfeeding, ask a doctor before use.
