About the product

By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references

Description

Dicover SP comes as a tablet from Vibcare Pharma's Evermed division. Each tablet contains Diclofenac 50 mg and Serratiopeptidase 10 mg, a combination classed as an analgesic and anti-inflammatory (NSAID), and it is packed as 10x10 (Alu Alu).

How it works

In this tablet Diclofenac blocks the making of prostaglandins, which are chemicals that make nerves sense pain and keep inflammation going. Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that works on the protein debris found around an inflamed area and helps the swelling to reduce. So the tablet is used for both pain and swelling.

Used for

Dicover SP tablets are indicated for relief of mild to moderate pain, for relief of primary dysmenorrhea, and for relief of the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Serious cardiovascular events such as heart attack or stroke and serious gastrointestinal events such as bleeding, ulceration or perforation of the stomach or intestines are known risks of diclofenac; such events can be fatal and can occur at any time during use, so the lowest effective dose is used for the shortest duration.

Use only on a doctor's prescription, at the dose and for the duration advised.
