DINACOL SP DICLOFENAC 50mg. IP + SERRATIOPEPTIDASE 10mg. IP

Dinacol SP tablets carry Diclofenac 50 mg with Serratiopeptidase 10 mg to relieve pain, period pain and swelling. Main uses: relief of mild to moderate pain; relief of primary dysmenorrhea (period pain); relief of the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis; relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.

Common side effects of Dinacol SP Tablet include abdominal pain; dyspepsia (indigestion); nausea; constipation or diarrhoea; flatulence; headache. Get medical help at once if you notice gastrointestinal bleeding, ulceration or perforation of the stomach or intestines, which can be fatal and can occur at any time during use; heart attack or stroke, which can be fatal; the risk may occur early in treatment and may increase with duration of use; serious skin reactions.

Each Dinacol SP tablet contains Diclofenac 50 mg + Serratiopeptidase 10 mg. The right dose and how long to take it depend on the condition, age and other medicines, so use Dinacol SP Tablet only as your doctor advises.

How it works: Diclofenac reduces the body's prostaglandin levels and so brings down pain, inflammation and fever. Serratiopeptidase, a proteolytic enzyme, acts at the site of swelling on abnormal protein material and supports the settling of swelling. The tablet therefore covers both the pain and the swelling that accompanies it.

Must not be used by patients allergic to diclofenac or any component of the tablet. Must not be used by patients who have asthma, urticaria or allergic-type reactions after taking aspirin or other NSAIDs. Must not be used in the setting of coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. Must not be used in the third trimester of pregnancy; check with a doctor first if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding.
