About the product

By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references

Description

Dinacol Injection is an injection produced by Vibcare Pharma. Every injection holds Diclofenac Sodium 75 mg. It is grouped with analgesic and anti-inflammatory (NSAID) medicines. The pack is listed as packed as 10's, and the product comes from Vibcare Pharma's Medanor division.

How it works

As an NSAID, Diclofenac Sodium interferes with the making of prostaglandins in the body. These substances are responsible for pain, swelling and fever in damaged or inflamed tissue. When their level falls, pain is eased and inflammation and fever are reduced. The injection is administered by a doctor or a nurse.

Used for

Its uses cover moderate to severe pain, including pain after surgery, pain of the muscles and joints, pain due to kidney stones, and acute flares of rheumatic disorders.

Given only by a doctor or nurse.

  • Must not be used in the setting of coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery
  • Must not be used with an active peptic ulcer or bleeding from the stomach or intestines

Ask a doctor first

  • Check with a doctor first if you have heart failure, kidney or liver disease, high blood pressure, dehydration or asthma without aspirin sensitivity; avoid use from 20 weeks of pregnancy unless a doctor specifically advises it, and avoid use from 30 weeks of pregnancy
