Voljem Injection delivers diclofenac sodium 75 mg for moderate to severe pain and inflammation, including post-operative and musculoskeletal pain. Main uses: relief of moderate to severe pain, such as pain after surgery; musculoskeletal pain and inflammatory joint conditions; pain from kidney stones (renal colic); acute flare-ups of rheumatic conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis; pain and swelling after injury or trauma.

Common side effects of Voljem Injection Tray Pack include pain, redness or hardness at the injection site; nausea or vomiting; abdominal pain, indigestion or gas; dizziness or headache; diarrhoea or constipation; rise in blood pressure. Get medical help at once if you notice bleeding, ulceration or perforation of the stomach or intestines; heart attack or stroke; liver injury with yellowing of the skin or eyes.

The action of Diclofenac Sodium rests on cutting down prostaglandin production in the body. Must not be used if you are allergic to diclofenac or to any other NSAID such as aspirin or ibuprofen. Must not be used if aspirin or other NSAIDs bring on asthma, urticaria or allergic-type reactions in you (for example aspirin-sensitive asthma); plain asthma without such a trigger is not a contraindication but must be discussed with a doctor. Must not be used in the setting of coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. Must not be used with an active peptic ulcer or bleeding from the stomach or intestines. Check with a doctor first if you have heart failure, kidney or liver disease, high blood pressure, dehydration or asthma without aspirin sensitivity; avoid use from 20 weeks of pregnancy unless a doctor specifically advises it, and avoid use from 30 weeks of pregnancy.
