Vibtral Sugar Free (womc) is a sugar-free disodium hydrogen citrate 1.40 gm syrup that alkalinises the urine. Main uses: used to make the urine alkaline; used as an add-on medicine in urinary tract infections; used in renal tubular acidosis, where the body cannot acidify the urine normally; used to help prevent the formation of uric acid stones in the urine; used in uric acid or cystine stone problems where alkaline urine is advised.
