Coxynor P tablets (Etoricoxib 60mg + Paracetamol 325mg) to relieve pain and inflammation in arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. Main uses: relief of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis; relief of pain and inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis; relief of pain and inflammation in ankylosing spondylitis.

Common side effects of Coxynor P Tablet include headache; dizziness; nausea or vomiting; stomach pain or discomfort; indigestion; swelling of the legs or ankles. Get medical help at once if you notice severe skin reactions with reddening, rash or blisters; heart attack or stroke; stomach or intestinal bleeding, ulcer or perforation.

Each Coxynor P tablet contains Etoricoxib 60 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg. The right dose and how long to take it depend on the condition, age and other medicines, so use Coxynor P Tablet only as your doctor advises.

This tablet brings together two pain-relieving actions. Etoricoxib blocks the COX-2 enzyme and so lowers the body's pain and swelling chemicals, while Paracetamol acts in the brain to dull pain signals. The combined effect gives relief from both pain and inflammation.

Must not be used if you are allergic to etoricoxib, paracetamol, aspirin or any other NSAID. Must not be used with any other product that contains paracetamol. Must not be used if you have an active stomach or intestinal ulcer, stomach or intestinal bleeding, uncontrolled high blood pressure, severe liver disease, severe kidney disease or heart failure. Must not be used in the third trimester of pregnancy or while breastfeeding; check with a doctor first in earlier pregnancy.
