Broxovic Junior Syrup is used to loosen phlegm and ease cough with chest tightness and blocked airways. Main uses: loosens phlegm and helps thin bronchial secretions so the airways drain; eases productive cough when phlegm is thick and difficult to pass; helps in cough with thick, sticky mucus and chest congestion; relieves and helps prevent bronchospasm in asthma; helps in reversible bronchospasm associated with bronchitis and emphysema.

Common side effects of Broxovic Junior Syrup include tremor or shakiness; nervousness or restlessness; headache; dizziness; palpitations or rapid heartbeat; nausea. Get medical help at once if you notice rapid or irregular heartbeat, changes in the ECG such as a prolonged QTc interval; chest pain or severe palpitations; severe allergic reaction with rash, swelling or breathing difficulty.
