Broxovic Drops combine Terbutaline, Ambroxol and Guaiphenesin to ease airway tightening and loosen mucus. Main uses: helps prevent and reverse bronchospasm in asthma; helps in reversible airway narrowing linked with bronchitis and emphysema; eases breathing difficulty caused by tightening of the airways; loosens phlegm and thins bronchial secretions to drain the bronchial tubes; helps make sticky mucus thinner and easier to bring up.

Common side effects of Broxovic Drops include tremor or shakiness; nervousness or restlessness; headache; palpitations; nausea; dizziness. Get medical help at once if you notice rapid or irregular heartbeat, and changes in the ECG such as a longer QTc interval; low potassium level in the blood; rise in blood sugar.
