About the product

By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references

Description

Melavib Advance is a topical cream from Vibcare Pharma's Grace division, packed as 20gm. Each gram combines a bleaching agent, a retinoid and a corticosteroid: Hydroquinone 2% w/w, Tretinoin 0.025% w/w and Mometasone Furoate 0.1% w/w. It belongs to the class of skin-lightening creams that combine these three types of medicine in one preparation.

How it works

Three ingredients act on dark patches in different ways. Hydroquinone, a bleaching agent, reduces melanin formation so pigmented areas lighten gradually. Tretinoin, a retinoid, increases skin cell turnover so the outer layer of skin renews itself. Mometasone furoate, a corticosteroid, relieves redness, itching and inflammation at the treated site.

Used for

Melavib Advance cream is used on dark, hyperpigmented skin patches — melasma, chloasma, freckles, senile lentigines and other unwanted areas of melanin hyperpigmentation. Keep treated skin away from sunlight and use sunscreen and sun-protective clothing. Use only on a doctor's prescription.

Use only on a doctor's prescription, at the dose and for the duration advised.
