About the product

By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references

Description

Volyet Gel is a topical gel from Vibcare Pharma's Auspin division. Each gram of the gel contains Linseed Oil 3%w/w, Diclofenac Sodium 1.16%w/w, Methyl Salicylate 10%w/w, Menthol 5%w/w and Benzyl Alcohol 1%w/w. It belongs to the analgesic and anti-inflammatory (NSAID) class and comes packed as 30gm.

How it works

This gel works in more than one way on the skin. Diclofenac Sodium is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug that lowers prostaglandin production at the applied area and so eases pain and inflammation. Menthol gives a cooling sensation and Methyl Salicylate gives a warming counter-irritant effect, both helping to relieve local aches and pains. Linseed Oil and Benzyl Alcohol are also part of the formulation; their specific roles are not stated in the available labelling.
