Cremojem Plus (womc) is a laxative suspension used for relief of occasional constipation, irregularity and hard, dry stools. Main uses: relief of occasional constipation (irregularity); softening of hard, dry stools; supports easy bowel movement; short-term relief of irregular bowel habits.

Common side effects of Cremojem Plus Suspension include abdominal cramps or discomfort; loose stools or diarrhoea; nausea; bloating or wind; stomach pain; rectal or anal discomfort. Get medical help at once if you notice allergic reaction such as rash, swelling of the face or breathing difficulty; dehydration and imbalance of salts in the body with prolonged use; lung irritation (lipoid pneumonia) if liquid paraffin is inhaled into the lungs.

Must not be used if you have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients. Must not be used if you have a blocked bowel, unexplained abdominal pain or severe dehydration. Must not be used if you have difficulty swallowing or are at risk of aspiration (inhaling liquid into the lungs). Must not be used if you have severe kidney disease (severe renal impairment). Check with a doctor first for children, during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, and if you need a laxative daily or for more than a few days.
