Rosuvib Gold 20 capsules contain rosuvastatin 20 mg, clopidogrel 75 mg and aspirin 75 mg, prescribed to manage cholesterol and platelet clumping. Main uses: to reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke and related cardiovascular events in adults at increased risk of heart disease; as an adjunct to diet to lower low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol in adults with high cholesterol; to lower cholesterol and slow the build-up of fat deposits in the arteries in adults; to reduce the rate of heart attack and stroke in patients with acute coronary syndrome; to reduce the rate of heart attack and stroke after a recent heart attack or recent stroke.

Common side effects of Rosuvib Gold 20 Capsule include headache; nausea; muscle pain or weakness; constipation; abdominal pain; bleeding from the gums or nose or easy bruising. Get medical help at once if you notice unusual or heavy bleeding, including bleeding in the stomach or gut, which can be life-threatening or fatal; bleeding inside the brain; muscle breakdown (rhabdomyolysis) with severe muscle pain.

Must not be used by children or teenagers who have or are recovering from chickenpox or flu-like illness.
