Telmivib H 80 tablets contain telmisartan 80 mg with hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg and are used to lower high blood pressure. Main uses: treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) to lower blood pressure; lowering blood pressure helps reduce the risk of fatal and non-fatal cardiovascular events, mainly strokes and heart attacks; used as part of a complete plan for managing cardiovascular risk, along with diet, exercise and other measures advised by the doctor.

Common side effects of Telmivib H 80 Tablet include upper respiratory tract infection; dizziness; sinusitis; diarrhoea; fatigue; influenza-like symptoms. Get medical help at once if you notice low blood pressure in patients who are short of salt or fluids; changes in kidney function; fluid, electrolyte or metabolic imbalance.
