Acrimol TH4 tablets ease pain and inflammation of joints and muscles and relieve painful muscle spasm. Main uses: relief of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis; relief of pain and inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis; relief of pain and stiffness in ankylosing spondylitis; relief of low back pain, sprains and strains; relief of painful skeletal muscle spasm.

Common side effects of Acrimol TH4 Tablet include nausea; vomiting; indigestion or abdominal pain; diarrhoea; constipation or gas; dizziness. Get medical help at once if you notice stomach ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding (black stools, vomiting blood); liver damage, especially if too much paracetamol is taken; severe skin reactions with rash, reddening or blisters.

Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that lowers the body's prostaglandin levels and so eases pain, swelling and stiffness. Paracetamol works as a pain reliever and also helps bring down fever. Thiocolchicoside acts on the muscles to relax spasm, which helps when tight, painful muscles are part of the problem.

Must not be used by patients with a peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding. Must not be used in serious liver disease or serious kidney disease. Must not be used by patients allergic to aceclofenac, paracetamol, other NSAIDs or any ingredient of the tablet. Must not be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, and must not be used in patients under 16 years of age. Check with a doctor first if you take blood thinners such as warfarin, have asthma, heart disease, or liver or kidney problems.
