DOLNORA TABLET ACECLOFENAC 100mg. IP + PARACETAMOL 325mg. IP

Dolnora Tablet is a pain and inflammation tablet with aceclofenac and paracetamol from Vibcare Pharma. Main uses: relief of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis; relief of pain and inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis; relief of pain and inflammation in ankylosing spondylitis; short-term relief of mild to moderate pain such as back pain and muscle pain; relief of dental pain.

Common side effects of Dolnora Tablet include stomach discomfort or dyspepsia; abdominal pain; nausea or vomiting; diarrhoea; dizziness; skin rash or itching. Get medical help at once if you notice stomach or intestinal bleeding, ulcer or perforation; severe skin reactions with blistering or reddening of the skin; liver damage, mainly with overdose or higher-than-recommended intake of paracetamol.

Each Dolnora tablet contains Aceclofenac 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg. The right dose and how long to take it depend on the condition, age and other medicines, so use Dolnora Tablet only as your doctor advises.

In this tablet, aceclofenac works as a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, reducing the chemical messengers that lead to pain, swelling and stiffness in an inflamed joint or injured tissue. Paracetamol works on the body's pain and temperature centres and so helps with pain and fever. Put together, the two ingredients cover inflammation on one side and pain and temperature on the other.

Must not be used if you are allergic to aceclofenac, paracetamol, aspirin or other NSAIDs. Must not be used if you have an active stomach ulcer, stomach bleeding or a history of bleeding from the stomach or intestines. Must not be used if you have severe liver disease, severe kidney disease or heart failure. Must not be used with any other medicine that contains paracetamol or acetaminophen. Must not be used in the third trimester of pregnancy.
