DOLNORA TH4 ACECLOFENAC 100mg. IP + THIOCOLCHICOSIDE 4mg. IP

Dolnora TH4 tablets give aceclofenac 100 mg with thiocolchicoside 4 mg for pain, swelling and muscle spasm of the musculoskeletal system. Main uses: relief of pain and swelling in musculoskeletal conditions such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis; relief of low back pain with muscle spasm; painful muscle spasm, stiffness and contractions; sprains, strains and other soft tissue injuries with spasm; pain and swelling after injury or surgery of the musculoskeletal system.

Common side effects of Dolnora TH4 Tablet include nausea or vomiting; stomach pain, indigestion or heartburn; diarrhoea; dizziness or drowsiness; rise in liver enzymes in blood tests. Get medical help at once if you notice bleeding, ulcer or perforation in the stomach or intestine; liver damage shown by jaundice or dark urine; severe skin reactions with rash, blisters or peeling.

Each Dolnora TH4 tablet contains Aceclofenac 100 mg + Thiocolchicoside 4 mg. The right dose and how long to take it depend on the condition, age and other medicines, so use Dolnora TH4 Tablet only as your doctor advises.

Two actions are combined in one tablet. Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant that acts on the muscles and spinal cord to loosen spasm and stiffness. Aceclofenac is an NSAID that works at the site of injury to lower prostaglandin formation and bring down pain and swelling. The spasm is eased and the painful tissue settles as a result.

Must not be used if you have a stomach or duodenal ulcer, or bleeding in the stomach or intestine. Must not be used if you have serious liver or kidney disease or severe heart failure. Must not be used if painkillers of the NSAID type trigger asthma, runny nose or skin rashes in you, or if you have epilepsy or a history or risk of seizures. Must not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding; women of childbearing potential must use effective contraception. Check with a doctor first if you take blood thinners, other painkillers, steroids, lithium or medicines for blood pressure, or if you are elderly.
