Everothi A 4 tablets combine aceclofenac 100 mg and thiocolchicoside 4 mg for painful muscle spasm with pain and swelling. Main uses: relief of pain and swelling in musculoskeletal conditions such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis; relief of low back pain with muscle spasm; painful muscle spasm, stiffness and contractions; sprains, strains and other soft tissue injuries with spasm; pain and swelling after injury or surgery of the musculoskeletal system.

Common side effects of Everothi A 4 Tablet include nausea or vomiting; stomach pain, indigestion or heartburn; diarrhoea; dizziness or drowsiness; rise in liver enzymes in blood tests. Get medical help at once if you notice bleeding, ulcer or perforation in the stomach or intestine; liver damage shown by jaundice or dark urine; severe skin reactions with rash, blisters or peeling.

Must not be used if you have a stomach or duodenal ulcer, or bleeding in the stomach or intestine. Must not be used if you have serious liver or kidney disease or severe heart failure. Must not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding; women of childbearing potential must use effective contraception.
