Vormijem Plus tablets are used for strongyloidiasis, onchocerciasis, neurocysticercosis and cystic hydatid disease. Main uses: treatment of intestinal strongyloidiasis caused by Strongyloides stercoralis; treatment of onchocerciasis caused by Onchocerca volvulus; treatment of parenchymal neurocysticercosis due to active lesions caused by larval forms of the pork tapeworm; treatment of cystic hydatid disease of the liver, lung and peritoneum caused by the larval form of the dog tapeworm.

Common side effects of Vormijem Plus Tablet include nausea; vomiting; abdominal pain; headache; dizziness; diarrhoea. Get medical help at once if you notice bone marrow suppression (low blood counts); liver enzyme elevations or liver problems; neurotoxicity including altered consciousness, confusion, or somnolence.

Each Vormijem Plus tablet contains Albendazole 400 mg + Ivermectin 6 mg. The right dose and how long to take it depend on the condition, age and other medicines, so use Vormijem Plus Tablet only as your doctor advises.
