About the product

By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references

Description

Available from Vibcare Pharma's Auspin division, Yetbrox DX Syrup is a syrup taken by mouth. Every serving carries Ambroxol 15 mg, Guaiphenesin 50 mg, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 10 mg, Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2 mg and Menthol 1 mg. It belongs to the Cough & Cold class and comes packed as 100ml.

How it works

Each ingredient has its own task in the formula. Ambroxol thins mucus and Guaiphenesin loosens phlegm, helping bronchial secretions drain from the airways. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide reduces the cough reflex by acting on the brain's cough centre. Chlorpheniramine Maleate blocks the allergy response behind runny nose and sneezing, and Menthol adds a cooling, soothing touch in the throat.

Used for

Yetbrox DX Syrup is meant for temporary relief of cough arising from minor throat and bronchial irritation such as with a cold, and of runny nose, sneezing and itchy, watery eyes due to hay fever or other upper respiratory allergies.
