Description

Cefermed 100 is a tablet form of an antibiotic from Vibcare Pharma. Its single active ingredient is Cefixime 100 mg per tablet, a cephalosporin antibacterial. The product is packed as 10x10 (Alu Alu) and is part of Vibcare Pharma's Evermed division.

How it works

Cefixime works by interfering with the formation of the bacterial cell wall. Bacteria that cannot build a sound cell wall are destroyed, and the infection is brought under control.
