About the product

By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references

Description

Esojem L is presented as a capsule by Vibcare Pharma. The capsule carries Esomeprazole 40 mg together with Levosulpiride 75 mg, placing it in the proton pump inhibitor and prokinetic class. It is packed as 10x10 (Alu Alu). This brand is made available through Vibcare Pharma's Auspin division.

How it works

Within the body, Esomeprazole acts at the final step of acid production, the acid pump on the surface of stomach lining cells, and so lowers both resting and stimulated acid secretion. Levosulpiride works at dopamine D2 receptors in the digestive tract, supporting the forward movement of stomach contents.

Esojem L is used for the short-term treatment and healing of diagnostically confirmed erosive esophagitis and for the short-term treatment of heartburn and other symptoms linked with GERD.
