Evneuro Softgel capsules are used for nerve support in neuropathy and when vitamin B12, B6 and folic acid levels are low. Main uses: supportive care in peripheral neuropathy, including neuropathy seen in diabetes; nutritional supplementation when vitamin B12 levels are low; nutritional supplementation when vitamin B6 or folic acid levels are low; supports normal nerve function in people whose diet does not supply enough B vitamins; used in megaloblastic anaemia caused by folic acid shortage, along with vitamin B12.

Common side effects of Evneuro Softgel include nausea or stomach discomfort; mild diarrhoea; mild constipation; loss of appetite; headache; mild skin rash or itching. Get medical help at once if you notice severe allergic reaction with rash, swelling of the face or lips, or difficulty in breathing; low blood sugar in people with diabetes who use alpha lipoic acid; worsening of nerve symptoms if vitamin B12 deficiency is not treated properly.
