Evneuro 2500 Injection supplies Methylcobalamin 2500 mcg for low vitamin B12 levels and nerve problems. Main uses: low levels of vitamin B12 in the body; megaloblastic anaemia caused by vitamin B12 deficiency; peripheral neuropathy (nerve damage with numbness or tingling in hands and feet); diabetic neuropathy; supportive nerve care in neurological conditions as advised by a doctor.

Common side effects of Evneuro 2500 Injection include nausea or vomiting; loose motions; headache or dizziness; pain, redness or swelling at the injection site; itching or mild skin rash; feeling of uneasiness after the injection. Get medical help at once if you notice severe allergic reaction with swelling of the face, lips or throat, breathing difficulty or collapse; low potassium in blood after treatment of severe vitamin B12 deficiency; rash with fever or blistering of the skin.
