Description

Rabemount L is a capsule from Vibcare Pharma, with Rabeprazole 20 mg and Levosulpiride 75 mg in each capsule. The medicine is placed in the class of proton pump inhibitor with prokinetic and anti-emetic. It is packed as 10x10 (Alu Alu) from Vibcare Pharma's Evermed division.

How it works

Rabeprazole acts on the acid pump of the stomach lining and reduces the amount of acid produced, giving relief from burning and allowing ulcers to heal. Levosulpiride acts on dopamine receptors in the gut, so the stomach empties more normally and symptoms such as nausea, bloating and early fullness are eased.

Used for

This capsule is used for acid reflux, heartburn and regurgitation, for healing of erosive or ulcerative reflux disease and duodenal ulcers, and for dyspepsia with nausea and bloating.
