Description

Rabevib L is a capsule made by Vibcare Pharma. Every capsule carries Rabeprazole 20 mg and Levosulpiride 75 mg. The medicine falls in the class of proton pump inhibitor with prokinetic and anti-emetic. It comes packed as 10x10 (Alu Alu) from Vibcare Pharma's Prima division.

How it works

Rabeprazole works by blocking the acid pump in the stomach lining, so less acid is formed and the food pipe and stomach get relief from burning and ulcers can heal. Levosulpiride acts on dopamine receptors in the gut wall, which speeds up the movement of food through the stomach and calms nausea and the feeling of fullness.

Used for

The capsules are used for acid reflux, heartburn and regurgitation, for healing of erosive or ulcerative reflux disease and duodenal ulcers, and for dyspepsia with bloating, early fullness and nausea.

Use only on a doctor's prescription, at the dose and for the duration advised.
