Sucolam O Suspension (100ml) combines sucralfate 1gm and oxetacaine 20mg for ulcers and the burning caused by stomach acid. Main uses: short-term treatment of active duodenal ulcer; gastric ulcer; gastro-oesophageal reflux disease and reflux oesophagitis; burning and pain in the stomach or food pipe caused by stomach acid; stomach discomfort and indigestion linked to acidity.

Common side effects of Sucolam O Suspension include constipation; dry mouth; nausea; indigestion; flatulence; diarrhoea. Get medical help at once if you notice allergic reactions such as rash, swelling of the face, lips, mouth or throat and difficulty breathing; bronchospasm or swelling of the airway; bezoar formation in the stomach, mainly in patients with slow gastric emptying or tube feeding.

Sucolam O Suspension contains Sucralfate 1 g + Oxetacaine 20 mg. The right dose and how long to take it depend on the condition, age and other medicines, so use Sucolam O Suspension only as your doctor advises.
