About the product

By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references

Description

From Vibcare Pharma's Evermed division, Flamlam D comes as tablets. Every tablet carries Trypsin 48 mg, Bromelain 90 mg, Rutoside Trihydrate 100 mg and Diclofenac 50 mg, and belongs to the analgesic and anti-inflammatory (NSAID) class. The pack is 10x1x10 (Blister).

How it works

In this tablet, Diclofenac acts on prostaglandins to reduce pain, swelling and fever. Trypsin and Bromelain are enzymes that break down the proteins linked with swelling and assist the clearing of fluid from injured tissue. Rutoside Trihydrate, a plant flavonoid, helps keep blood vessel walls firm and reduces fluid leakage around the affected area.

Used for

Flamlam D is used for mild to moderate pain, for the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, for primary dysmenorrhea, and for swelling and inflammation after injury or surgery. The tablets must be avoided from the 30th week of pregnancy, and use from about 20 weeks can harm the unborn baby. Diclofenac in the tablet may increase the risk of heart attack, stroke and stomach or intestinal bleeding, ulceration or perforation, which can be fatal; it should be used at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.

Use only on a doctor's prescription, at the dose and for the duration advised.
