About the product

By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references

Description

Tablets from Vibcare Pharma's Auspin division, Jemoheal D provides Trypsin 48 mg, Bromelain 90 mg, Rutoside Trihydrate 100 mg and Diclofenac 50 mg in each tablet. It falls in the analgesic and anti-inflammatory (NSAID) class and is packed as 10x1x10 (Blister).

How it works

Each ingredient has a distinct role. Diclofenac reduces pain, inflammation and fever by lowering prostaglandin production. Trypsin and Bromelain are enzymes that break down proteins connected with swelling and help clear fluid from injured tissue. Rutoside Trihydrate, a plant flavonoid, supports the walls of small blood vessels and helps limit fluid leakage and swelling.

Used for

The tablets are meant for relief of mild to moderate pain, the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, primary dysmenorrhea, and swelling following injury or surgery. Serious heart attack or stroke and stomach or intestinal bleeding, ulceration or perforation, which can be fatal, are known risks of the Diclofenac part, so it is given at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.

Use only on a doctor's prescription, at the dose and for the duration advised.

  • Must not be used in the setting of coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery.
  • Must not be used from the 30th week of pregnancy; from about 20 weeks Diclofenac can harm the unborn baby and premature closure of a heart vessel, so pregnancy use must be avoided and the doctor must be told if you are pregnant.
