Pricing is where most PCD conversations stall. These three calculators do the arithmetic that distributors, stockists and franchise partners work through every day — what a pack should sell at, what a territory actually leaves you, and what happens to MRP when a GST slab moves. They are free, they need no sign-up, and nothing you type is stored.

Which one do you need
- You have an MRP and want the trade prices — PTR & PTS Calculator.
- You have a net rate and want to know your margin — Profit Margin Calculator.
- A GST slab has changed and the pack has to be re-priced — New MRP Calculator.
These calculators are for working out trade prices and margins. For any product covered by the DPCO, the ceiling price notified by the NPPA applies and overrides whatever the arithmetic gives you.
Questions we are asked
Are the calculators free?
Yes. No sign-up, no email, nothing to install. They run in your browser and nothing you type is stored.
What is the difference between PTR and PTS?
PTR is the Price to Retailer — what the chemist pays the stockist. PTS is the Price to Stockist — what the stockist pays the company or distributor. The PTR & PTS Calculator works out both from the MRP.
Do these prices include GST?
The PTR & PTS Calculator takes the GST rate as an input, so you can see the effect of the slab on the trade price. Check the current slab for your product before you rely on the figure.
Can I use these for DPCO products?
Use them to see the arithmetic, but the NPPA ceiling price is what governs a scheduled formulation. Where the two differ, the notified ceiling price applies.
Can I get your net rates?
Yes. Net rates are issued district by district. Message or call and we will send the list for the divisions you want.
