About the product
Description
Belongs to the class of medication called 'cough and cold medications' primarily used to relieve pain and fever associated with cold. Works by reducing swelling of the blood vessels in the nasal passages. Blocks the formation of prostaglandins that are imperative in pain and inflammatory pathways. (Bethesda (MD), 2012) Exerts a faster onset action and longer duration of analgesic and antipyretic effects than either drug alone. (Mushtaq Ahmed, 2010) Decreases nasal discharge, nasal stuffiness, and sneezing significantly in allergic rhinitis patients.
