A proton pump inhibitor and a prokinetic agent that helps in treating acidity-related problems. Improves gastroesophageal reflux disease symptoms and indigestion. Lessens the amount of acid in the stomach and diminishes the symptoms of nausea and vomiting. Provides greater acid control in subjects with symptoms of gastro-oesophageal reflux disorder. A promising therapeutic agent that improves the management of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease. (Mingxing Hou, 2020) Effectively maintains intragastric pH greater than 4 for a longer period than lansoprazole 30 mg, omeprazole 20 mg, pantoprazole 40 mg and rabeprazole 20 mg GERD patients. (Kerstin Röhss, 2004) Provides significantly more effective and more sustained gastric acid control than lansoprazole 30 mg or rabeprazole 20 mg.
