A topical antifungal drug that fights infections caused by dermatophytes and several yeasts and molds. (Evans, 1994) Exerts fungicidal activities with a broad spectrum of antifungal activity. (Evans, 1994) Shows higher rates of complete cure in tinea corporis and tinea cruris patients as compared to sertaconazole nitrate 2% cream.
