Dolnora Spas tablets relieve spasm-linked pain using drotaverine 80 mg with aceclofenac 100 mg. Main uses: abdominal pain and cramps caused by spasm of the gut; menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhoea) with spasm; pain from spasm of the urinary tract, such as renal colic; pain from spasm of the biliary tract; musculoskeletal pain with spasm.

Common side effects of Dolnora Spas Tablet include stomach pain or discomfort; nausea or vomiting; indigestion or heartburn; diarrhoea or constipation; dizziness or drowsiness; headache. Get medical help at once if you notice stomach ulcer or bleeding, which may show as black stools or vomiting of blood; severe allergic reaction with swelling of the face or breathing difficulty; liver or kidney problems.

Each Dolnora Spas tablet contains Drotaverine 80 mg + Aceclofenac 100 mg. The right dose and how long to take it depend on the condition, age and other medicines, so use Dolnora Spas Tablet only as your doctor advises.

The drotaverine component acts on smooth muscle and helps it relax, which relieves the spasm behind crampy pain. Must not be used by patients allergic to aceclofenac, drotaverine, aspirin or other NSAIDs, or by patients with a history of asthma, urticaria or allergic reactions after taking pain-relieving medicines. Must not be used by patients with active stomach or duodenal ulcer or bleeding. Must not be used by patients with severe kidney impairment or severe liver impairment. Must not be used by patients with established heart disease such as ischemic heart disease, peripheral arterial disease, cerebrovascular disease or heart failure. Must not be used in the third trimester of pregnancy; use in earlier pregnancy should be avoided unless clearly necessary and advised by a doctor.
