About the product

By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references

Description

Marketed by Vibcare Pharma's Auspin division, Esojem DSR is a capsule product. Every capsule has Esomeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg, a proton pump inhibitor and prokinetic anti-emetic combination. This product is packed as 10x15 (Alu Alu).

How it works

Domperidone helps food move out of the stomach at a normal speed and blocks dopamine action, which reduces nausea, vomiting and post-meal fullness. Esomeprazole works on the acid pump in the stomach lining and lowers the acid made, giving relief from heartburn and acid regurgitation and helping an acid-damaged food pipe heal.

Used for

Esojem DSR is used for reflux disease with heartburn and acid regurgitation, for short-term healing of erosive oesophagitis, and for nausea and vomiting.

Use only on a doctor's prescription, at the dose and for the duration advised.
