Pantojem DSR (10 Pack) capsules help with acid reflux, heartburn and the nausea that comes with it. Main uses: short-term treatment of erosive oesophagitis associated with gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD); symptomatic relief of heartburn, acid regurgitation and reflux; acid reflux with nausea, vomiting or a feeling of fullness; indigestion with slow stomach emptying, bloating and early satiety.

Common side effects of Pantojem DSR Capsule include headache; diarrhoea; nausea; abdominal pain; flatulence; dry mouth. Get medical help at once if you notice severe allergic reactions including swelling of the face or lips, wheezing and skin rash; changes in heart rhythm (irregular or rapid heartbeat); low magnesium levels with long-term use.
