Panunor DSR (15 Pack) is a capsule for reflux with heartburn, bloating and nausea. Main uses: short-term treatment of erosive oesophagitis associated with gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD); symptomatic relief of heartburn, acid regurgitation and reflux; acid reflux with nausea, vomiting or a feeling of fullness; indigestion with slow stomach emptying, bloating and early satiety.

Common side effects of Panunor DSR Capsule include headache; diarrhoea; nausea; abdominal pain; flatulence; dry mouth. Get medical help at once if you notice severe allergic reactions including swelling of the face or lips, wheezing and skin rash; changes in heart rhythm (irregular or rapid heartbeat); low magnesium levels with long-term use.

How the capsule works: Pantoprazole blocks the final step of acid formation in the stomach lining, so acid levels fall and the food pipe is protected from further irritation. Domperidone strengthens the forward movement of food through the stomach and intestine and also acts on the vomiting centre, which helps with nausea, vomiting and a bloated feeling.

Must not be used in patients with known hypersensitivity to Pantoprazole, Domperidone or any substituted benzimidazole. Must not be used with rilpivirine-containing medicines. Must not be used in patients with known QT prolongation or significant underlying cardiac disease such as serious heart rhythm or heart muscle problems.
