Telmivib 40 (10 Pack) is a Telmisartan 40 mg tablet used to treat high blood pressure. Main uses: treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension), to lower blood pressure; lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of stroke and heart attack (myocardial infarction); cardiovascular risk reduction in patients who are unable to take ACE inhibitors.

Common side effects of Telmivib 40 Tablet include back pain; sinus problems (sinusitis); diarrhoea; headache; dizziness; nausea. Get medical help at once if you notice symptomatic low blood pressure (hypotension); swelling of the face, lips or throat (angioedema); kidney problems, mainly when used together with an ACE inhibitor.
