Udojem 300 tablets contain Ursodeoxycholic Acid 300 mg, used for cholesterol gallstones and cholestatic liver disorders. Main uses: dissolution of radiolucent (non-calcified) cholesterol gallstones in a functioning gallbladder; early-stage primary biliary cholangitis (chronic cholestatic liver disease); cholestatic liver disorders in which bile flow is reduced; support of liver function in hepatobiliary conditions as advised by a doctor.

Common side effects of Udojem 300 Tablet include diarrhoea or soft stools; nausea or vomiting; abdominal discomfort or fullness; pruritus (itching); pain in the right upper abdomen; rise in liver enzymes (transaminases) in some patients. Get medical help at once if you notice severe allergic reaction with rash, swelling of face or throat or difficulty breathing; calcification of gallstones with biliary colic; worsening of pruritus in patients with advanced liver disease.
