Cefnoxim DT 200 tablets contain Cefixime 200 mg, prescribed for bacterial infections like urinary tract infection, ear infection and tonsillitis. Main uses: uncomplicated urinary tract infections; otitis media (middle ear infection); pharyngitis and tonsillitis; acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis; uncomplicated gonorrhea (cervical/urethral).

Common side effects of Cefnoxim DT 200 Tablet include diarrhoea; nausea; loose or frequent stools; abdominal pain; dyspepsia (indigestion); flatulence. Get medical help at once if you notice hypersensitivity reactions, including anaphylactic reactions, shock and fatalities; clostridium difficile associated diarrhoea, which may range from mild diarrhoea to severe colitis.
