Predovib 16 tablets contain Methylprednisolone 16 mg and are used for inflammatory, allergic and rheumatic conditions. Main uses: endocrine conditions such as adrenal gland insufficiency, congenital adrenal hyperplasia and nonsuppurative thyroiditis; short-term relief during acute episodes of rheumatic conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis and gouty arthritis; collagen diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus and dermatomyositis during a flare; severe skin conditions such as pemphigus, severe psoriasis and exfoliative dermatitis; severe allergic conditions that do not respond to usual treatment.

Common side effects of Predovib 16 Tablet include fluid retention and swelling; sodium retention and potassium loss; muscle weakness; headache and dizziness; increased sweating and facial flushing; thin, fragile skin and easy bruising. Get medical help at once if you notice peptic ulcer with possible bleeding and perforation; increased pressure inside the skull with swelling of the optic nerve; convulsions.
