About the product
By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references
Ominan D is a capsule from Vibcare Pharma's Evermed division. Each capsule carries Omeprazole 20 mg and Domperidone 10 mg as its active ingredients. It is grouped under the gastro class of prokinetic and anti-emetic medicines. The capsules are packed as 20x15 (Alu Strip).
Inside the stomach, Omeprazole blocks the acid pump on the lining cells and lowers acid output from both baseline and stimulated states. Domperidone acts on the gut and on the brain's vomiting centre, moving food forward from the stomach and reducing the urge to vomit.
These capsules are prescribed for acid reflux, heartburn and acid-related ulcers of the stomach or duodenal bulb when nausea, vomiting or fullness is also present.
Use only on a doctor's prescription, at the dose and for the duration advised.
