About the product
By Vibcare Pharma · Updated 9 October 2026 · Based on product labels and standard drug references
Made by Vibcare Pharma and supplied from the Medanor division, Ompenor D is a capsule that pairs Omeprazole 20 mg with Domperidone 10 mg. It belongs to the gastro class of prokinetic and anti-emetic medicines. The product is packed as 20x15 (Alu Strip).
Omeprazole shuts down the final step of acid production by blocking the acid pump in the stomach lining, so less acid is released. Domperidone complements it by speeding the onward movement of food through the stomach and by settling the signals that lead to nausea and vomiting.
The capsules are used for acid reflux, heartburn and stomach or duodenal ulcers that are accompanied by nausea, vomiting or a heavy, bloated stomach.
Use only on a doctor's prescription, at the dose and for the duration advised.
