Rabejem DSR (15 Pack) capsules contain Rabeprazole 20 mg and Domperidone 30 mg for reflux, ulcers and vomiting. Main uses: acid reflux with heartburn and regurgitation; erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD); gastric and duodenal ulcers; indigestion (dyspepsia) with bloating, fullness and stomach discomfort; nausea and vomiting linked to slow gastric emptying.

Common side effects of Rabejem DSR Capsule include headache; diarrhoea; nausea or stomach pain; constipation; flatulence; dry mouth. Get medical help at once if you notice severe allergic reactions such as swelling of face or lips, hives or breathing difficulty; irregular heartbeat or palpitations; severe skin rash with blistering or peeling.

Each Rabejem DSR capsule contains Rabeprazole 20 mg + Domperidone 30 mg. The right dose and how long to take it depend on the condition, age and other medicines, so use Rabejem DSR Capsule only as your doctor advises.

Rabeprazole works on the acid pump of the stomach lining and cuts down the acid released, so the food pipe and stomach are less irritated. Domperidone supports movement in the stomach and bowel, aids gastric emptying and reduces bloating, while its effect on the vomiting centre controls nausea and vomiting.

Must not be used by patients allergic to rabeprazole, substituted benzimidazoles, domperidone or any ingredient of the capsule. Must not be used with rilpivirine-containing medicines. Must not be used if you have QT prolongation, significant cardiac conduction disorders or certain cardiac conditions, or an electrolyte disturbance such as low potassium or magnesium. Must not be used with medicines that prolong the QT interval or with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir or clarithromycin. Check with a doctor first if you have kidney or liver disease, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; if you take warfarin or other blood thinners, INR and prothrombin time should be monitored during treatment.
