Description

Packed as 30ml, Yetomox CV WFR Dry Syrup is a dry syrup from Vibcare Pharma's Auspin division. It contains Amoxycillin 200 mg and Clavulanic Acid 28.5 mg as its two active ingredients. The medicine belongs to the class of penicillin antibiotics combined with a beta-lactamase inhibitor.

How it works

In this formulation, Amoxycillin disrupts the cell wall that bacteria need to stay intact and multiply. Clavulanic Acid protects amoxycillin by blocking the beta-lactamase enzyme produced by some bacteria to inactivate it. This combination lets the antibiotic act on bacteria that produce this enzyme.

Used for

Doctors prescribe this dry syrup for infections like lower respiratory tract infections, acute bacterial otitis media, sinusitis, skin and skin structure infections and urinary tract infections due to susceptible bacteria.

Use only on a doctor's prescription, at the dose and for the duration advised.
